Monday, and a new contest

It's the start of a new week, and lots to do.  It's a beautifully sunshiny day, and our older son has a baseball game, so it will be nice to sit outside and watch him.  Our little Erica got four shots today, she was SO brave, and didn't even cry!  The Dr. really enjoyed her and her 100's of questions. She described her as precocious, and I have to totally agree, that is a great word for her.  Today's pictures that I'm posting are two of the punch cards that we will be making for the punch class on Sunday, May 17th and my shoebox swap card from Saturday's meeting.  Don't forget to RSVP.  You can pay 40.00 and get 2 punches, plus the 8 samples, or pay a flat 15.00 and get just the samples.  At the same time I'm doing my Oval All class, so if you want to come do both, you can.  That way you can kill two birds with one stone.  That one has three choices on payment.  40.00 includes both the Oval All stamp set and scallop oval punch, or 20.00 and you pick either the stamp set or punch, OR you can pay just 10.00 and get only the samples.  The punch cards are copied from our punch queen, Tamie Ackerson.  These I think are my favorite of all!  I'm looking forward to Wednesday's meeting, I hope you can come.  Don't forget to RSVP.  Sandy Haynes has some new tips to share with us on the Big shot, and Kris Kloc is going to show us how to deboss with the Manhattan Flower die.  Also, Melissa Roberts has some scrapbooking to show us, and of course, we'll have 2 awesome make n takes, plus another technique to add to our technique booklets.  To end today, I want to give you all a contest....I have a question for you, and for each response that I get this week, I'll give you an entry into a drawing for a 25.00 gift certificate.  We'll call them blog bucks! What is your favorite stamping technique?  Next Monday, May 11th, I will draw for the winner.  So, just post a comment and let me know. I changed it so anyone can post a comment, you don't have to be a member.   Have a great Monday!
Blessings,
Ronda

  2. Gosh, only one technique?? I can't do that, but I narrowed it down to my very favorite three: Thumping, Cracked Glass, and Brayer Sky (anything using brayer). Don't worry, one ticket in the pot is all that is necessary :)

  8. Good morning, Ronda. One favorite technique.....hmmm, it's hard to pick one. Although right now I am loving the faux silk. I guess that one is my favorite right now.

  10. Hi Ronda,

I love your blog and it has inspired me to work on creating one of my own.

There are so many techniques that I absolutely love, but right now I am "sponging" my way through. I love the cards you and Tamie have been showing us. I can't wait to learn more ways to "sponge" off of you :)
